Price Protection - Claim Procedures
If a price protection has been issued for a product you have recently purchased, simply follow the guidelines below to make a claim:
- Type or legibly print when completing all forms.
- Consult the Qualifying Manufacturer Product List for all part numbers associated with the vendor reference. Please use one form per manufacturer and effective date.

- Complete the corresponding Customer Claim Form below with invoice numbers and serial numbers of all units. (Remarketer Certification must be signed in order for claims to be processed.)

(Please note the manufacturer and effective date at the top of the sheet and sign it.)
Software Claim Form (PDF 10k)
(Provide the old price, new price, delta, units claimed and the extended amount information. You must also provide an inventory screen print with your claim. The screen print must be provided to process the claim.)
- Provide your phone and fax numbers in the spaces indicated, so we can verify that your claim has been received.
- Provide your e-mail address, so we can notify you via e-mail when a price change has occurred for any vendor that may offer pass-through price protection.

- We will send you a confirmation of your claim within 72 hours and provide a claim ID number. If you do not receive verification from Tech Data within 72 hours that your claim was received, or if you have any questions about Price Protections, please send an e-mail to lkuba@techdata.com or call (800) 436-5344.
