Changing personal profiles

The Personal Profile screen allows users to modify and update their personal information. All users have access to their own profile.

To update your personal information:

  1. In the Personal Profile screen, select the Profile view (this is the default view when the Personal Profile screen is selected).
  2. On the Personal Profile form, click Edit. A new form applet will open.
  3. Make the desired changes and click Save. Changes will take effect immediately.
    Important:   When entering data, Latin American customers must:
    • Enter phone and fax numbers with no spaces and preceeded by a plus (+) sign, i.e. +01159565555555.
    • Leave the State/Province field blank.
    • Enter "00000" in the Zip Code field.
    • Make sure to select the correct Country.

    Note: Clicking Reset will restore the information before the changes. Clicking Cancel will cancel the operation and take you back to the Profile view.
