Adding/Modifying Ship-to addresses

The Account Profile screen hosts the Addresses view and allows Admin Users and the Main Administrator to modify information related to your company. These are the only types of user who can edit account information.

The Addresses view is composed of two applets: the Account form applet at the top, and the Ship-to Addresses list applet right below.

Editable fields

The fields that can be edited through this tool are:

To edit phone numbers and URL:

  1. In the Account Profile screen, select the Addresses view.
  2. On the Account form, click Edit. A new form applet will open, with data entry fields available for those fields that can be changed.
  3. Make the desired changes and click Save. Changes will take effect immediately.
    Important: Latin American customers must enter phone and fax numbers preceeded by a plus (+) sign and with no spaces, i.e. +01159565555555.

    Note: Clicking Reset will restore the information before the changes. Clicking Cancel will cancel the operation and take you back to the Addresses view.

Non-editable fields

The Sold-to address and the Bill-to address are considered secured information and cannot be modified through the EC Admin tool. Please click on the underlined labels in the Account form of the Account Profile screen to find out how to request changes to this information.

Adding/Modifying Ship-to addresses

To add a new ship-to address:

  1. In the Account Profile screen, select the Addresses view and scroll down to the Ship-to Addresses list.
  2. Click on New. A new data entry form applet will open. Fill in the required information and click Save.
    Important:   When entering addresses, Latin American customers must:
    • Leave the State/Province field blank.
    • Enter "00000" in the Zip Code field.
    • Make sure to select the correct Country.

    Note: Clicking Reset will restore the information before the changes. Clicking Cancel will cancel the operation and take you back to the Addresses view.

To modify an existing ship-to address:

  1. In the Account Profile screen, select the Addresses view and scroll down to the Ship-to Addresses list.
  2. Select the address you wish to modify. Click on the pencil icon under the Edit column. A new data entry form applet will open displaying current address information.
  3. Make the necessary changes and click Save.
    Important:   When entering addresses, Latin American customers must:
    • Leave the State/Province field blank.
    • Enter "00000" in the Zip Code field.
    • Make sure to select the correct Country.
