Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order any time prior to its submission by following these steps:
From the Shopping Cart screen, click the
Check Out
button. The Check Out screen is displayed.
At the top of the Check Out screen, click the
Cancel P.O.
link. A message confirms that you want to delete all products from your order.
In the message box, click
OK
. The system cancels your order and redisplays the Shopping Cart.
Note:
If you have already submitted your order, you cannot cancel it online. You must call your Tech Data sales team to cancel the order.
