Frequently asked questions

1. The site says I need a token number to register.
   Refer them to tddirectpay@techdata.com or call ext 72633, to be enrolled.
   
   All Tech Data accounts have to be pre-registered, once they receive the welcome e-mail the customer will just need to log in:

   Login: Tech Data account number
   User ID: Tech Data account number

2. I forgot to save the site in my favorites what it is?

   http://tddirectpay.billtrust.com

3. Can I set up automatic payments?
   Yes. Go to the options tab (right next to the Administration tab) and under Auto pay rule you can set you the parameters you want for Auto pay.
    
4. How do I get a new password, I forgot mine.
   On the log in page you will see a hyper link that says "forgot password", click on that and a new password will be sent to the e-mail account that was set up as the administrator e-mail.
    
5. How do I change the administrator e-mail address?
   Call Credit at 1-800-553-7921 extension 72633 and they will assist you with that. Or e-mail tddirectpay@techdata.com
   
    

6. I can't view any invoices.
   Depending on when the account was set up for TD Direct pay; it maybe something as simple as the filter options that they have set up on their account. If they are "new" customer's invoices didn't start until the day after they registered.



 
7. How can I get a total of what I owe Tech Data?
   We do not send statements to Bill Trust, so the customer will have to go to www.techdata.com and get an updated statement for the total due, or call Credit 1-800-539-7421 menu options 3.1.2
    
8. How do I get my password unlocked?
   Transfer the customer to extension 72633 or have them e-mail tddirectpay@techdata.cpm and someone will unlock the account for them.
    
9. If the customer has additional questions you can transfer them to one of the Super Users in Credit:
