  4. Refurbished product must drop ship to the end user
  5. Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Standard ships with all fi-series Refurbished Scanners. Unless noted, VRS 4 Basic ships with all fi-series products except the fi-5110C & fi-5015C and discontinued scanners. QuickScan Trial comes with the full setup disks for the fi-series, except for ScanSnap, fi-6000NS & fi-5000N. ScanSnaps do not ship with ABBYY FineReader.
  6. FCPA warrants that at the time of delivery to Original Purchaser and thereafter for the ninety (90) day warranty period, the Refurbished product will conform to FCPA published specifications, and will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. Excess inventory products will receive the FCPA standard product warranty.
  7. FCPA reserves the right to cancel this program at the time without notice. This program is subject to product availability. Completed order forms are subject to acceptance by FCPA.
  8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL FCPA BE LIABLE FOR COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTUITABLE GOODS, LOSS OF USE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS PROVISION IS TO LIMIT THE POTENTIAL LIBALITY ARISING OUT OF THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT
